But the choose of the sport footwear is determiner, although in some occasions, it does not receive the proper attention, but the use of the wrong sneakers, with time, can bring very bad consequences for the organism.What do you have to consider when choosing the correct sneakers?
There are many factors to consider when taking this decision, in first place is the sport discipline or kind of sport you are going to practice, sneakers have special designs in function to the different movements that every sport requires, making easier the practice and protecting from the possible injurements, fortunately nowadays we have a very extended variety of models and trends where to choose, not like in the 70's where you just could find two or three models, with which every kind of sport was done. Once you know the sport and land where you are going to train, you have to choose between all the models market offers in function of the foot morphology, not everyone has the same shape of foot or have the same walking, there are normal, plain feet, long, short toes, so you will have to choose between models and take the one that fit the best to your feet and the kind of step you have. There are also other factors that you should consider when choosing your sport footwear, is important to know that maybe some sneakers are ideal for someone, but that doesn't mean will fit for you as well, you should also consider, the weight, muscular development, flexibility, etc.
Which are the consequences for the inappropriate use of the sport footwear?

When running and jumping the inferior extremities support several times the body weight, when jumping the weight that the feet supports are six times more, when just walking, therefore, after too many training sessions the different structures of the organism like feet and ankles can be affected negativetely, if the footwear is in bad conditions or is not the proper one, can also damage the knees, hips, or even the vertebral spine. Sometimes a knee injury or a back pain, are because of the use of an inappropriate footwear.
The more frequent injuries are sprains, luxation, tendon inflammation, muscular overweight, muscular distensions, etc.
Advices when buying sport sneakers- To know that sneakers can be good for some sportsman, doesn’t has to be for another.
- To use the proper footwear for each sport and surface, if you train into indoors, you definitely will have to use a different one for outdoors, specially in hard surfaces.
- To shop always focusing into the bigger foot, normally you have a foot bigger than the other one.
- You can’t trust the same size in different brands; always try before you take them.
- Sport sneakers can’t be too tight or too looses, toes should have space to move free and not touching the toe cap.
- Will be recommendable to try the sneakers with a small walk before you shop, so your feet will be a little swollen, like when you are training.
- To try them with the same socks you use for training.
- Try different models and walk with the, to take care of not having any disturb, that can be probably a bigger one, when training.

- You should not use for the first time the sport footwear the same day of a competition, your feet has to be adequate to the sneaker.
- You have to take care of the use of the sneaker, some models are designed just for some number of kilometres and hours of training, between 800 and 1500, before those the pumping systems can be affected. Switch between pairs of footwear.
- Dry the sweat.
- Tie your sneakers properly not to tight not too loose. You must not tight with too many strength that you may cut the blood circulation.
- Do some warm ups between feet and ankles.
- Never use your training sneakers for walking.
