
Fitness is a great social phenomenon that is well positioned since several years ago, in the whole world.
We could translate fitness as a physical condition, but this phenomenon goes further and it seems to take again that first exaltation of the physical activity that was produced 2500 years ago in Greece with the goal of supreme ideal, the synthesis of good and beautiful.
Nowadays the fitness has several factors that could perfectly resume the greek ideal, wellness in physical condition, and all this through a personal training and proper nutrition. But the most important thing is the healthy way of living, because the physical condition involves health in a direct proportional way.
The training in fitness has as goal the integral development of all the physical conditions of a person, a cardiovascular training for developing the breathing system, a loading training, and flexibility and elasticity for pumping up the muscle system, all this with a correct and balanced alimentation, and if necessary, the appropriate supplement on each particular case, this can be proteins, glutamine or carbs.
