One of the areas our body takes longer to loose weight is the medial area, the stomach. There are some wrong believings how we can positively solve this "belly fat" problem. To have a flat, toned and well marked stomach, the six pack as it called, is not a privilege for everyone. We can have a flat and firm stomach, by getting compromised to follow an integral plan. Sometimes, people ask themselves, how they haven't loose any weight althought they have been training their abs for 2 months or so, even some of them has gained some weight.Reality shows that performing a lot of repetitions will not give us good results, there will be more damage than benefit, like a larger stomach, and some pain in the back and cervical. Today we can gain back our stomach and sculp it in just 8 weeks, as long as you follow all the instructions here. Remember that if someone pretends to loose stomach, without eating, taking slimming pills, will never get the results they are expecting. The key is to have a healthy diet, aerobical exercises, ab workout, 2 or 3 liters of water, and all these combined with persistance, dedication and self wish.
This is the plan:
1. Balanced diet: This one of the most important secrets to loose all the ab fat, the daily alimentation. Is needed to take a balanced diet, which includes all the necessary nutrients for the organism. You must avoid junk food like fried food, chocolates, alcohol, desserts, sweets, and the exagerated consume of read meat. Fiber cereals, non fat milky products, vegetables, and a limited consume of chicken and fishe, must be part of your daily diet. Forget all excess of food or drink.

With this you will eliminate toxins and purificate your organism. A plus is that your skin will look cleaner and younger. Try to have your water in small sips, is better for you and you won’t gain water weight.
